companies operating on the premises and other
invited guests, the opening of the
sports and recreation zone on the territory
of Eximius Park took
place. The UK’s First Property Group Investment Fund is shaping a new way of thinking about what today’s today’s welcoming workplace is. Greenery, sports and recreation area are valuable benefits for employees. We have created a special zone so that they can play after working in the basket, volleyball or football.
First of all, we decided to rebuild the philosophy of this place from scratch. We invest in make the park a deeply thought-out ecosystem as soon as possible. A place where it is much easier to have a healthy work-life balance. We want to actively encourage employees to take care of their health in many different ways, but also to give them unique infrastructure on the scale of Malopolska (if Polish) infrastructure. All this promotes building relationships, meeting new people, making friends, cooperation and sports competition. In short, the more smile and harmony in the workplace, the better. No matter how difficult and stressful tasks our tenants, i.e. well-known and recognized international and national business brands, put before their employees. Transformation of the Park
During the meeting preceding the ribbon cutting, the president of the British company presented information on the transformation that the Park underwent over the past year, since it was taken over by a new investor, and what changes will follow.
– restoration of financial liquidity and raising funds for investments;
– establishing international strategic partners, including prestigious foreign investment funds;
– modernization and redesign of the lobbies in the buildings
– improving the standards of maintenance of facilities, road infrastructure and area marking;
– cooperation with PKP in the refreshment of the railway station in the Park;
– introducing free bus connections between the Park for employeesand the center of Krakow- purchase of adjacent land for further investments;
Plans for the future
