Our mission
We believe that everyone can love their workplace if it provides sufficient space for relaxation, and, most importantly, contact with other people. It is our mission to create, together with you, a workplace which will be a source of satisfaction in life for all of us.
Who are we
Eximius Park is our shared idea. The park is owned and managed by First Property Group, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, which owns and manages numerous buildings in Poland, Great Britain and Romania.

Perfect location
The park is situated less than 12 kilometres from the very centre of Krakow in a green, pleasant area, and can be reached conveniently not only by car or motorcycle, but also by a dedicated bus, 3 public transport routes (238, 248, 258) and, first and foremost, by train (13 minutes’ ride from the centre of Krakow). Another great asset is the proximity of Krakow Airport and quick access thereto.
Railway
Within the park, there is a railway station with a PKP ticket office and a ticket machine.
Bus
Employees can reach the park conveniently using the dedicated bus.
Motorway
The A4 motorway provides for an excellent communication with Katowice and other major cities.
Airport
The proximity of the airport is our asset for companies with foreign guests, as well as those who frequently travel on business over great distances.
