ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Poland extends its lease at Eximius Park and increases its office space
Assa Abloy Opening Solutions Poland, a global leader in access control and intelligent security systems, has decided to extend its lease at Eximius Park, while increasing the space it occupies to 3,800 sqm.

– The decision to extend the lease at Eximius Park and to increase the space and rearrange the office is a natural step for the company. A response to the continued growth of our business and the growing needs of our team. The modern infrastructure of the complex, the access to numerous business and recreational facilities on site, the possibility of efficient access to the airport and main expressways and the good cooperation with the building administration to date have made us decide to stay in this location for the next few years. – Eximius Park is an interesting alternative to office complexes located in the city centre. It is an ideal solution for companies with a nationwide and international reach looking for office space in Krakow, for which the proximity of an airport with such a developed network of connections as the Krakow airport is a major business convenience. The complex provides a variety of services and attractive common areas, including a conference centre, a sports and recreation area, a fitness club, a relaxation area or a foodtruck zone, as well as 1,200 parking spaces, parcel machines, a traficar area and 150 bicycle stands. Eximius Park is an office campus comprising 4 office buildings with a total area of 55,000 sqm. The complex is located on the outskirts of Krakow, in Zabierzów, at 280 Krakowska Street, approximately 6 km from Krakow Balice Airport, directly on the Krakow-Katowice railway line and near the road junction of Krakow’s eastern bypass, which connects directly to the A4 motorway. Eximius Park has a modern conference centre, a leisure and sports area for tenants, catering facilities and a well-developed service infrastructure. The investment is located in the vicinity of landscape parks and nature reserves.
Advisory support in the contract renegotiation process was provided to the tenant by Walter Herz, which conducted a comprehensive analysis of the offers available on the Kraków office market.
