January was a month of beginnings for us

Eximius Park is becoming one of the most important points on the technological map of the Krakow district. Elwar – a specialist in the implementation and supervision of investments in medium and voltage power grids has recently joined the group of tenants in our complex. The new office, located in building 200, is the next step in the strategic development of this market-conquering company.

Elwar is a company with over a decade of experience, whose projects are a pillar of the modernization and development of medium voltage power infrastructure in southern Poland. A comprehensive approach – from concept, through design and obtaining administrative decisions, to turnkey investment implementation – allows the company to maintain the highest quality standards. Additionally, as part of the range of services, the company has been supervising MV and HV facilities, including Main Power Supply Points, on behalf of energy operators for nearly 10 years. A novelty in the Company’s activities is the entry into the market of railway sector enterprises as part of servicing railway investments in the supply of traction structures with accessories.
– Our mission is to provide comprehensive and innovative solutions for the energy sector – says Jakub Wolski, Vice-President of the Management Board of Elwar Sp. z o. o. – Attention to detail, high quality of services, ensuring the maximum shortening of the time needed to obtain administrative decisions and involvement in every stage of implementation are the key to the success of our company.

A modern headquarters in the heart of the technological center

The decision to move the office to Eximius Park is a response to the dynamic development of Elwar and the growing needs of the team. The Park’s modern infrastructure, location near the A4 motorway, Krakow’s ring road and the airport, as well as access to numerous business and recreational amenities make it an ideal place for further development of the company, allowing for efficient communication in the Silesian and Warsaw agglomerations, where the Company’s key partners are located.
– The new location means new opportunities that will allow us to meet even greater challenges – emphasizes Jakub Wolski. – The proximity of key business partners and an inspiring environment support both our development and the effectiveness of cooperation with clients.

Eximius Park – more than just an office

Elwar, as a new tenant, joins the community of companies using Eximius Park’s infrastructure. Tenants have at their disposal not only comfortable office space, but also Conference Centre, Sports and Leisure Zone, Fitness Club, foodtruck zone and relaxation zone. In addition, there are numerous amenities such as over 1,200 parking spaces, parcel machines, Traficar zone and bicycle racks.
For Elwar, moving its headquarters to Eximius Park is not only a matter of prestige, but above all an opportunity to better accommodate its team and customers. The company emphasises that the Park’s modern office and infrastructure support the implementation of even the most demanding projects. This is another step in building Elwar’s position as one of the leaders in the energy industry in Poland.
Will Eximius Park become a forge of innovation for more companies in the technology sector? It is certainly worth watching how this place inspires action and supports the development of companies such as Elwar.
