On September 1, 2018, we officially inaugurated the new Eximius Park brand. Since then, we have managed not only to implement the most important planned investments, but also to introduce a long list of amenities for tenants and employees of the Park.
Healthy lifestyle (work-life balance)
Today, the Park’s employees have at their disposal a unique sports and recreation zone, as well as a comfortable, green space with a gym and facilities for organizing picnics and meetings, but also working outside on sunny days (outdoor office). If someone prefers traditional fitness in a well-equipped facility, under the supervision of specialists, Manufaktura Zdrowia is one of the best facilities of this kind in the region.
From the beginning, it was important for us that people working in the Park could easily take care of everyday family matters, on the way to or from work: from parcel lockers and various types of vending machines available in the park, to Żabka grocery store in 200 building. We have modernized three underground car parks and added another outdoor car park behind building 1000. We have always tried to ensure comfortable access for employees from the center of Krakow, both by organizing dedicated transport by air-conditioned coach and by staying in contact with PKP, the authorities of the Municipality of Zabierzów and companies responsible for public transport.
Openness to stakeholder needs
Many events took place in the Park, ranging from several chess tournaments for participants from all over the province, through exhibitions and vernissages, to a hackathon devoted to the subject of urban development. We also hosted few foreign delegations visiting the Park.
We have also put a lot of effort into ensuring that park employees can count on support in caring for their children during working hours. There is a nursery and a kindergarten on site.
The introduction of the new Eximius Park brand is, in a sense, just a symbol. For us, however, following this symbol, we have started to implement a long list of initiatives that – although not always immediately visible to the naked eye – have had a very positive impact on the daily functioning of the Park.
It is worth recalling that with the acquisition of a complex of 4 class A office buildings by an investor (First Property Group fund), Park immediately regained financial liquidity. We have modernized three underground car parks, lobbies, common spaces, including the main reception in buildings, up to the installation of modern, environmentally friendly, adaptive lighting systems, in cooperation with ES-System.
The year 2020 was a very difficult year for the business real estate industry. Despite this, we are optimistic about the future and plan further initiatives and investments to make us not only a modern business park located in a picturesque municipality, in the vicinity of beautiful landscape parks and Kraków Airport, but also a home for many innovative companies, startups and enterprises that particularly value silence and comfort of work surrounded by greenery, away from traffic jams and congestion typical of city centers.
